Some things could have been done better, however no one is going to run a national level tournament perfect the first time. Even MLG, which does these types of tournaments 5-6 times a year, still learns things each time that helps steam line the process for the next event. I'll probably post some suggestions for any TO's that run this type of tournament in the future.

Chibo was working his *** off at this tournament. People, and you know who you are, should seriously be ashamed of yourself. You have made the entire community look bad because a few people decided to stir up a crowd. That is not what the Smash community is like. We are not some angry mob. This is also not the first time this has happened, as Chibo has brought up, because I can think of multiple occasions, not just Pound 3/Axis, where venues changed and the tournament was not finished until 3-4am in the morning (note, I believe Jtanic is the first person to finish a tournament at his house in Virginia back in late 2003/early 2004, forget which).

Everyone knew that 10pm was when the venue was getting shut down. No one left. The conclusion to what would happen here is OBVIOUS (cough, police, cough). Yet, being an immature crowd of people hell bent on seeing blood, an already stressful situation was made much worse. GROW UP.

I heard so many rumors and misinformation. Someone told me it was Chibo himself that unplugged the Ally/Chu match, when I had just talked to someone who witnessed it and said it was a security dude. Atomsk said he was upset because there were still "like 50 people left in the brackets", when he was already eliminated and got 25th. Azen was also eliminated by 10pm, and I believe he was taken out in the round of 17 or 13, meaning not many people were left in the bracket (simple math). People need to stop exagerating, essentially when a lot of the delays fall on the participants of the tournament and not just Chibo. Seriously, less than 32 TV's for 280 people? Community fail. Venue closes at 10pm, people are told to leave multiple times and no one does? Community fail. Constant friendlies/MM's when there were tournament matches that could have been played? Community fail. Stolen Wii? Some idiots fail (note, seeing a lot of people donate money to the stolen Wii fund was a Community Win).

I don't even understand why people wanted their "money back". You pay to play. You payed for the venue for the specific times that the venue was open. You did not pay to spectate a finals, because if you did then I guess there were 500 people online who should have likewise had to pay. 95% of the people in attendance by 10pm, probably more (whatever percent 12 (or so)/280 is), had all gotten their money's worth of the tournament, played all their matches, been eliminated in singles and doubles, and probably had tons of time to do friendlies the whole weekend. Should the finals occur? Yes, and they did, just in a different location. **** happens and this specific scenario has happened many times before. For some reason some people wanted to be dicks though and start a mod.
