If you take the room, it's 35 or 41 depending on what room you take. So it's either 10€ (no room), 35€ (normal room) or 41€ (deluxe room) for the venue and without the entry fees. The arrival day is Friday, we will have freeplay until the evening, where the first event will take place (Doubles). The Saturday is playing only. Sunday is departure day, and has no event outside of handing back the equipment. If the fees are lowered, and it's only 1-2€ for everyone, I'm sorry, but the PayPal fee (and there's probably a few people using PayPal) would cost me too much to send it back to everyone. Well I think the best thing is to mark down whoever payed more and give the money back at the tournament. Just have them called one by one

Can you guys tell me about the date? Is it okay whenever it happens to be or would you prefer an absolutely different one? There's still the chance for me to negotiate a different date so far.
