Melee Rules

- 4 Stocks, 8 Minuten Zeitlimit
- Items off, Handicap off, damage ratio 1.0
- Friendly Fire on, Pause on

- Sets are Best of 3, Finals Bo5, Grand Final Bo7

- First stage of a Set is choosen random unless the players agree on one
stage (Stage Agree)
- Advanced Slob Picks
- Daves Stupid Rule
- Double Blind Character Pick
- "Double Blind Stageban"
- Double Elimination
- Life Stealing is allowed
- Pamaros Stupid Rule (A player has 3 minutes for choosing his
counterpickstage otherwise the opponent can choose the next stage to be
played on)
- Stalling is banned (for example: Rising Pound Stall, Wallbomber, etc. NOT
Shino-stall)
- Wobbling is banned

If the timer runs out, the victor is determined first by stock and then by percentage.

Disagreement about controller ports or (team-)colors will be settled
through a game of rock-paper-scissors or by flipping a coin.
Color Blind rule: Should a player have a color-based disability, he or she
may request in a teams match to have a specific color for their team.

Food & Housing

Food:
The entryfee does not cover any food or beverage. You have to buy your own
stuff.
But because of the venue being very central the city is nearby, you can find everything you need there within 15 min.

Housing:
During the tournament you guys of course can sleep in the venue. Concerning
before and after the tournament there might be a bit of a problem since
there are only few smashers in the city of Bremen.
But we are working on that one and of course we will try to provide housing
for everybody in need.
